We’re proud to announce the successful completion of one of our largest hospitality projects, Vivaldi Hotel Malta. This landmark refurbishment project saw the transformation of 204 hotel rooms and suites, brought to life through our team’s dedication to detail, precision, and high-quality craftsmanship.
From structural groundwork to the final decorative touches, this was a full-scope interior revamp that combined functionality, safety, and comfort with timeless design aesthetics. Comprehensive Works Completed
Our project scope for Vivaldi Hotel included:
- Groundwork Set-Up for Electrical Works – Preparing the infrastructure for all lighting and power needs
- Gypsum Installation, Partitioning, Plastering & Painting – Enhancing acoustic separation and visual flow across rooms and suites
- Manufacture & Installation of Bespoke Furniture – Custom-made wardrobes, desks, headboards, and seating solutions tailored to each room layout
- Supply & Installation of Light Fixtures, Furniture Fittings & Upholstery – Coordinated to deliver a cohesive, modern guest experience
- Certified 60-Minute Fire-Rated and Acoustic Doors – Ensuring safety and comfort through high-standard entry doors and bespoke bathroom doors
- Soft Furnishing & Décor Elements – Including room décor, curtains, linen, and finishing touches that elevate the overall ambiance
