The Verdala Terraces

Construct Furniture was proudly entrusted by AX Group to deliver the full interior fit-out of the striking double-height foyer at The Verdala Terraces — an exclusive residential development in the heart of Rabat, Malta. Designed to evoke a sense of refined luxury from the very first impression, this project reflects a harmonious blend of architectural precision, material elegance, and bespoke craftsmanship. Our scope included the design, manufacture, and installation of full-height custom wood wall panelling across both levels of the foyer, creating warmth, rhythm, and continuity throughout the space. To introduce contrast and texture, we also fabricated and installed copper metal décor wall panelling, finished to a high standard and integrated seamlessly with the architectural envelope. Discreetly concealed within the copper walls are filo muro (flush-to-wall) doors, crafted with the same metal finish to ensure uninterrupted lines and a clean, contemporary feel. All elements were manufactured in-house with precision and attention to detail, resulting in a refined and welcoming space that elevates the entrance experience at one of Malta’s most prestigious addresses.
