Our project scope for Vivaldi Hotel included:
- Groundwork Set-Up for Electrical Works – Preparing the infrastructure for all lighting and power needs
- Gypsum Installation, Partitioning, Plastering & Painting – Enhancing acoustic separation and visual flow across rooms and suites
- Manufacture & Installation of Bespoke Furniture – Custom-made wardrobes, desks, headboards, and seating solutions tailored to each room layout
- Supply & Installation of Light Fixtures, Furniture Fittings & Upholstery – Coordinated to deliver a cohesive, modern guest experience
- Certified 60-Minute Fire-Rated and Acoustic Doors – Ensuring safety and comfort through high-standard entry doors and bespoke bathroom doors
- Soft Furnishing & Décor Elements – Including room décor, curtains, linen, and finishing touches that elevate the overall ambiance
